After spending many years cultivating, developing, and exploring my prowess in Engineering, Music, and Sports, I have reached a critical intersection in my career where I am drawn to teach and train the next generation of leaders and engineers to break barriers as we seek to increase equity and decrease the digital divide within BIPOC communities. With over 12 years as a software engineer and thought leader, I am cross-trained in industries such as aerospace [Boeing], finance [BECU and Vanguard Group], and technology [Microsoft].

It is no secret that there is a shortage of underrepresented minorities in technology serving in positions of power let alone a seat at the table. I strive to help others who share my unique positionality have a voice, a seat at the table making key business decisions, and an influential presence in the technology and technology leadership space.
